Victoria’s Secret is looking for a dynamic leader to drive sales growth & build customer loyalty!
The Selling Supervisor is a full time position whose key responsibilities include:
- leading the sales floor and driving results through the sales team, role modeling & coaching the right behaviors
- assisting in the training, observation, & development of selling specialtists
- overall operations of the store (including opening & closing duties)
- shrink prevention
The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 years previous retail supervisory experience, open availability (to include nights & weekends), and a demonstrated ability to sell.
